Originally from Brockville, I have always had a passion for athletics and the function of the human body. This interest eventually led me to Concordia University, where I completed my undergraduate degree in Exercise Science with a Specialization in Clinical Exercise Physiology. I returned to Brockville to begin building my career. I started work at the Brockville and Area YMCA where I quickly found a niche working with those who had some form of injury or chronic disease. During this time, I started a neuromuscular rehabilitation program, as well as a cardiac rehabiliation program.

In 2009, I began to transition to the Brockville General Hospital to begin work in the newly opened Cardiovascular Program, guiding patients in their recovery post heart surgery. As my interest in helping improve the health of others grew, in the fall of 2009 I returned to school for an additional 5 years, studying Osteopathy at the Canadian College of Osteopathy (Toronto). Following completion of the program, another 1.5 years of research time was dedicated to my thesis. In November 2015, I successfully defended my thesis (The Effect of Global Osteopathic Treatment on Migraine Without Aura).

My focus is now helping those in need in our community while introducing, and growing Osteopathy in Brockville and the surrounding area.
